Refund Policy:

We hope you will be happy with your Poo Bags. However, unused and unopened packs may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must remain unused, unopened, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For standard or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order is defective, damaged, incorrect or has another verified product issue, Eco Camp Shop will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
